      If you wish to send us any type of file, it is far easier to email it to us as an attachment, and more reliable than posting a floppy disk. Many modern PCs are not supplied with floppy drives any more as it is an obsolescent storage medium.

If you prefer to receive documents from us by email for printing on your own printer, we can send you documents in pdf format. These can be opened in Adobe Acrobat, a programme that is distributed free of charge by Adobe and the latest version of which can be downloaded at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

TIP! The Adobe Acrobat programme that allows you to create pdf files (as opposed to just reading them, as in the file referred to above) is quite expensive to buy. An alternative programme that is FREE can be downloaded from http://www.pdf995.com Follow the instructions carefully to install it. As it is free, you will need to tolerate an advertising pop-up when you use the programme, but that is no worse than watching ITV!
